A Ceremony Dedicated to Republic Day Held at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On October 23, 2026, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a solemn ceremony dedicated to Republic Day, one of the country's national holidays.

The event brought together the leadership of the Ministry of Finance, representatives of subordinate organizations, and employees of the Ministry's central office and regional departments.

The ceremony commenced with the ceremonial presentation of the National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Honor Guard of the State Security Service, followed by the performance of the National Anthem.

Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Madi Takiyev delivered a congratulatory address, emphasizing the significance of Republic Day as a national holiday commemorating Kazakhstan's historic path toward sovereignty and independence.

The highlight of the event was the state awards ceremony.

In accordance with Decree No. 1534 of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 20, 2026, employees of the Ministry of Finance were presented with state awards, including the Order of Kurmet and the Eren Enbegi Ushin Medal (Medal for Distinguished Labor), in recognition of their significant contributions to the country's socio-economic development and dedicated service.

In addition, several employees received the departmental badge Veteran of Civil Service in recognition of their many years of dedicated service and contributions to the development of Kazakhstan's civil service.

The official program also included an oath-taking ceremony for newly appointed civil servants.

The event continued with a festive concert featuring performances by Kazakhstani artists and an instrumental ensemble.
