From June 11 to July 25, the annual QAZAQSTAN QYZMET CUP mini-football tournament was held in Astana, included in the «Comprehensive Plan for the Development of Physical Culture and Mass Sports for 2020–2025.»
The national team of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, formed from the best players of all subsidiary companies, committees, and quasi-government sector organizations, demonstrated high sports results, taking third place among 24 participating teams. This result secured the team a ticket to the QQC SUPER CUP 2025, which will be held in September in the city of Shymkent and will gather the strongest athletes from all over the country.
Contribution of JSC «Problem Loan Fund»
A special source of pride for JSC «Problem Loan Fund» was the fact that three of its employees were included in the Ministry of Finance’s national team:

— Bolatbekuly Abylai — Chief Specialist of the Department for the Organization of Electronic Auctions and Asset Sales of the Asset Management Department
The presence of such a number of the Fund’s representatives in the national departmental team is not only a sporting achievement but also an indicator of team spirit, discipline, and the versatility of the organization’s employees.
Best Forward of the Tournament — Abylai Bolatbekuly
The bright star of the QAZAQSTAN QYZMET CUP 2025 was Abylai Bolatbekuly. His confident play, tactical vision, and accurate shots made him the best forward of the tournament. Abylai scored goals in all matches, providing the team with a strategic advantage at every stage of the competition.
Receiving this individual award is recognition of his high skill and outstanding contribution to the overall success of the Ministry of Finance team.
