Omarkhanov Almas appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of «Fund of Problem Loans» JSC

By Decision of the Board of Directors of «Fund of Problem Loans» JSC No. 7 dated August 12, 2026, Omarkhanov Almas Omarkhanuly was elected to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of «Fund of Problem Loans» JSC effective August 12, 2026.

Previously, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of «Fund of Problem Loans» JSC

Omarkhanov Almas Omarkhanuly was born on May 9, 1983. In 2006, he graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in «Finance and Credit» and in 2012 from West Coast University in the USA with a degree in «Banking and Finance».

He began his professional career in 2007 in the tax authorities.

He held various managerial positions at «Astana-Finance» JSC, «Kazakhstan Public-Private Partnership Center» JSC, «Kazakhstan Mortgage Loan Guarantee Fund» JSC, «National Company «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» JSC, «Entrepreneurship Development Fund 'Damu'« JSC. From 2020, he was an advisor and Chief of Staff of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market, from 26.08.2024 to 20.08.2025 he was hired as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of «Fund of Problem Loans» JSC.
