The Administrative Procedural and Process-Related Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the APPC) provides for the right of a participant in an administrative procedure to submit an application to an administrative body or official.<\/p>

In accordance with subparagraph 16 of paragraph 1 of Article 4 of the APPC, an application is a statement or complaint sent to an administrative body or official in written (paper and (or) electronic) or oral form, as well as in the form of a video conference.<\/p>

• A written\/paper application (sample application<\/a>) from individuals and legal entities can be submitted in person or sent by mail to the following address: 050010, Dostyk Ave., 160, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan<\/li>
• An e-application can be submitted through the e-otinish<\/a>\u00a0portal, as part of the institutionalization of the e-Otinish system as a \u201cone-stop shop\u201d for receiving all types of applications from individuals and legal entities.<\/li>
• Oral requests are accepted by telephone: 8 727 355 01 11 (ext. 2156, 2157) and\/or at the address: 050010, Dostyk Ave., 160, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan according to the schedule of visiting hours.<\/li><\/ul>
