On July 22, 2025, the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan issued Order No. 495, according to which the management of the 100% state shareholding in “Investment Fund of Kazakhstan” JSC was transferred to the “Fund of Problem Loans” JSC. The transaction was completed on July 24, 2025.

The transfer of the “Investment Fund of Kazakhstan” JSC to the group of subsidiaries of the “Fund of Problem Loans” JSC and the optimization of the management of state assets will allow for the pooling of resources in order to accelerate the restructuring of problem assets and improve the efficiency of the management of state assets.

“Fund of Problem Loans” JSC is focused on implementing the tasks of developing the “Investment Fund of Kazakhstan” JSC and improving its financial performance by improving the quality of the management of problem assets.
