According to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 4, 2017 No. 167, the state block of shares of the Problem Loans Fund Joint Stock Company was transferred to the ownership and use of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this connection, the Problem Loans Fund JSC purchases goods, works and services in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Public Procurements» dated December 4, 2015 No. 434-V, the Rules for Public Procurement, approved by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 11, 2015 No. 648.

2. Internal procurement
Since March 2020, announcements of internal procurement of JSC Problem Loans Fund have been posted on the Eurasian Electronic Portal. Potential suppliers can find announcements of internal procurement of JSC Problem Loans Fund on the Eurasian Electronic Portal in the “Lots” or “Announcements” tab, using the necessary search parameters using the BIN (business identification number) of JSC Problem Loans Fund – 120140005984. To participate in the internal procurement of JSC Problem Loans Fund, potential suppliers must go through the registration procedure on the Eurasian Electronic Portal in accordance with the Supplier Instructions specified in the “Instructions” tab.
